Many of my group classes are appropriate for new yoga students (as well as more experienced practitioners!), in particular Basics at Om City Yoga and Yoga Align at Method Collective.
Or... if you have concerns about jumping into a group class, private sessions are a fantastic way to learn foundational postures, basic transitions, and personal modifications.
I offer a 3-session new-to-yoga package designed to help you feel more comfortable and prepared to join a group class and/or begin practicing at home.

New-to-Yoga Private Package
Package Details:
- Includes 3 online private yoga sessions (for in-person sessions, there may be an additional transportation/studio fee TBD)
- Yoga sessions are 75 minutes each (~60 minutes of yoga + ~15 minutes of discussion before and after)
- Also includes a 30 minute intake meeting where we discuss your goals and figure out your yoga/camera set up (to be completed before our first yoga session)
- Any future online private sessions (optional) are offered at a discounted rate of $80/hour for 1 year after final package session
- Total cost: $250 (all 3 package classes must be used within 3 months of intake meeting)
